These Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of all sessions at RedKangaroo Trampoline Parks. Alongside the Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation by you and all the members of your group and, accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your group are aware of and accept our booking Terms and Conditions prior to entry to the activities area.
General
- No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by Red Kangaroo Limited.
- Red Kangaroo Limited reserve the right to make amendments to the activities, sessions or features available without prior notification.
- Red Kangaroo can not guarantee that all the facilities and features will be available at the time of your visit.
- Any persons using the trampoline park must be 4 years of age or over unless participating in a specific toddler/family session, in which case must be accompanied by a responsible consenting adult or guardian.
- Anyone using RedKangaroo Trampoline Park’s activities must complete or hold a valid Risk Acknowledgement form. Those participants under the age of 18 years, or any participant without the capability to complete their own Risk Acknowledgement form must ensure that a legal guardian or responsible adult has completed one on their behalf.
- Any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures or fittings of a RedKangaroo Trampoline Park will be liable to pay for the rectification of any damage caused. This includes any damage caused due to the misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply with the safety briefing or supplied guidance.
- RedKangaroo does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property. This includes vehicles in surrounding car parks or parked on neighbouring roads. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owners’ risk.
- RedKangaroo reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone engaging in what is believed to be antisocial or unsafe behaviour, or on the basis of health and safety risk to any individual.
- The activities include all leisure activities; and participation is not without risk, serious misuse could lead to serious injury or fatality. All participants and spectators must attend a safety briefing prior to every park session.
- RedKangaroo reserves the right to refuse admittance to participants or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes a participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager is final.
- After the safety briefing, all participants will not be individually supervised by a Court Monitor on the RedKangaroo courts or wider park. A responsible adult must permanently remain on site for any child aged 12 or under. Participating adults must sign a Risk Acknowledgement form stating that he or she will accept responsibility for the safety of themselves and for the supervision of the children in their care.
- All trampolines are restricted to a maximum weight limit of 19st (120.6kg). Participants over this weight are not permitted to enter the trampoline areas due to the risk presented to themselves.
- Participants must be dressed appropriately. RedKangaroo reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone who is not appropriately dressed. The minimum standard of dress code expected includes a vest top and shorts. All participants must ensure they remove all jewellery, belts and loose clothing prior to participation.
- RedKangaroo socks are an important part of our safety procedures and these must be worn on the activity areas at all times.
- No refunds or compensation will be payable by Red Kangaroo Limited in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission to or decides not to undertake or complete the trampoline activities.
- All jumpers are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start jump time. Rights of admission can be refused at any time in the case of excessive lateness without refund.
Party and Group Bookings
- RedKangaroo offers a limited range of food for specific dietary requirements.
- Should a group choose to make an amendment to their catering options, a minimum of 2 working days’ notice must be provided in writing to jump@redkangaroo.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Birthday Parties: The addition or reduction of guests to a birthday party must be completed under the following conditions; the remaining number of guests does not fall below the minimum advertised party capacity; that RedKangaroo has adequate space to accommodate additional participants (including non-participating adults); and that all changes are made in accordance with our refund and transfer policy.
- Birthday Parties: Confirmed numbers to be advised 14 days prior to party date.
- Our Party Packages include a number of unique and individual elements per package, these include:
> The Activities in our parks, including but not limited to trampolining, climbing, soft play, high ropes, obstacle courses.
>The Food and Beverage provided.
> The Party Host.
> Gifts for you and your party guests including vouchers, party bags.
> Reusable jumping socks which can be washed and reused for future visits. - The total party package price includes elements relating to each of the above. For example, jumping socks cost £2.95 when purchase individually, whereas within our party package the socks represent £2.90 of the total price
- Trampoline Socks must be included within the Party Package as they specifically designed to ensure a safe experience both at Red Kangaroo Parks and other venues.
Price and Payment
- RedKangaroo reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice.
- Full payment must be received by Red Kangaroo 14 days in advance of your event start time.
- Prices for future bookings that are quoted are applicable for confirmed bookings made on that day only. Price increases can occur at any time and previously quoted prices cannot be honoured unless a booking had been made at the time.
Booking Fee & Walk-In Fee
All ticket sales are subject to a non-refundable £1.50 booking service fee. Additionally, by booking online you are guaranteed the lowest price as well as securing your time for a session. Prices may be slightly higher if arriving and booking a session on the day.
Refunds and Transfers
Bookings for less than 10 people
(a) If you have a booking for fewer than 10 people, you can cancel your booking and either transfer to a more convenient date or receive a full refund within 24 hours of making the booking. If you book a session within 24 hours, we will help you to transfer your booking, but you will not be eligible for a refund. If you would like to cancel within 24 hours of making a booking, please contact us
Contact with the booking team or proof of attempted contact will be required to cancel the booking.
It is not possible to cancel bookings made within 24 hours of your arrival time.
(b) If you make a mistake during the booking process, please contact us and we will help you to amend the booking.
Group and Party bookings
(d) If you make a booking for more than 10 people, a refund will be applied if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of making the booking. Outside of the 24-hour period, if you have paid a deposit, we will not refund this but will try our best to transfer your booking to a date that’s convenient for you.
(e) if you need to amend a group booking, please notify us a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. We cannot refund for places that are not needed.
To cancel a booking, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. To do this you will need your booking confirmation number.

9.1 In the event that a refund is due to you under these terms, we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for your booking, we will refund you in vouchers.

- RedKangaroo understands its obligation to ensure that all personal information gathered, is treated fairly, lawfully and correctly, we are committed to achieving 100% compliance with the latest Data Protection legislation including GDPR. Full details about the information we collect, what we intend to do with it, how we maintain it and your rights are contained in our Privacy Policy.
Green Birthday bounce tickets
- Voucher expires 6 months from the date of issue on the front of the voucher.
- Cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
