Do I need to book in advance ?
No, but imagine the disappointment if you turn up and we are fully booked as we do get busy.
PLUS – booking in advance saves you money and you can sign your waiver in advance to make your entry on the day faster and super smooth
Where can I complete my waiver?
We highly recommend completing waivers online so that they link with our booking system at the park and you will have a much quicker check in processes when you come and bounce.
We also have electronic waiver stations where you can check-in when you arrive at the park in case you cannot complete online.
Do I need to complete a waiver every time I visit?
No, your waiver is valid for a year.

How old do you need to be to jump?
You must have a good 5 years of life experience under your belt to jump in our sessions on your own!
Under 5’s can pop along with parents or a guardian to our Kanga Tots sessions. These are only available to under 5’s and parents/guardians. Go to our Kanga Tots to find out when these sessions are held.
How old do I need to be to Jump on my own
You can jump on your own if you are 5 or over!
If you are under 12, a parent or guardian must supervise you at all times by remaining in the facility eg. cafe area at all times.
Over 13’s are free to visit unsupervised, but if under 18, the parent/guardian must complete the waiver online before they jump!
Can my children use all the equipment?
For safety reasons some of the equipment does have a minimum height restriction
Wipeout and Ninja Warrior in height 4ft
When do I need to show up for my session?
Please arrive 30 mins before your session is due to start, this will give you plenty of time to check-in and view our safety briefing.
What should I wear?
Wear soft, flexible clothing that you would normally exercise in. Do not wear clothing with any sharp buckles/clasps/zips etc. that could be harmful to yourself or other jumpers whilst using the trampoline park. Jumping can get quite hot so breathable clothing is recommended and an extra layer to put on afterwards to keep yourself warm is a great idea. Please don’t wear any jewellery of any sort while jumping.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we have lockers for you to store your belongings, shoes, valuables and keys. Just follow the instructions on the locker door so you can programme your own security number (or use the keys provided - if key lock lockers)
Do I need to wear special socks?
Our trampoline socks are specifically designed for safe use of our trampolines and help you keep your footing so you can concentrate on the fun stuff. – plus they look good!
The socks are fully machine washable and can be reused as many times as you like, so remember to pack them for your next visit.
If you already have special trampoline jump socks from another trampoline park you’re welcome to bring them, but we can’t guarantee you’ll look as cool!
Our socks cost £2.00 and can be purchased online or at the park.
Can I wear Glasses?
Sure. It’s important to see, but they may fall off so wear them at your own risk.
Any weight or height limits?
The weight limit for our trampolines is 20 stone. There is no height limit because the ceiling is just so incredibly high!
However, some of our activities do have height restrictions for safety reasons, this will be explained in our safety briefing video.
Can I jump with a medical condition
If you have any sort of medical condition that may affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline, you must consult a doctor first and write down all the details on your waiver.
If you are wearing a cast you will not be permitted to jump
Can I jump if I am pregnant
No. This is for the safety of both the jumper and the unborn child.
Can I bring my own food?
We have a well stocked cafe serving hot and cold food and drink options, and therefore do not allow food or drink to be brought in from outside. Tap water is available upon request and we do have a water fountain.
Exceptions are for baby food and disability requirements, when we are happy for you to bring in your own.
We also have a parent/child room for changing nappies or feeding in private.
Do you have WIFI
We have free lightning-fast wifi in all our parks! You will need to register in order to access the WIFI.
Do you have parking?
There is free parking available at all our trampoline parks although please be aware spaces may be limited.
Do you have disabled access?
All our parks have disabled access.
Reading park has the café on ground floor whilst Nottingham’s café is on the mezzanine level. However, the main arena is accessed from the ground floor in all our parks.
Our Reading party rooms are on the first floor however, we are able to arrange parties on the ground floor in a specially sectioned off area of the cafe.
What can I do while my children or friends are jumping?
In all our parks we have an excellent cafe with a viewing gallery over the park so you can see every bounce, flip and twist your kids/friends make while you can sit back in comfort with a cup of coffee or slice of cake. In addition we have quiet rooms designed for those parents/carers who wish to have a little peace and perhaps catch up on some work.
We also have free superfast WIFI
Please note: You do not have to pay to get into the cafe or watch people jumping.

Do you host birthday parties?
Yes, we host birthday parties for all ages from little toddlers right up to your Granny’s birthday! See our Kanga Party pages for more information.
Can I hire the Park for a Private Event?
Yes, you can book the entire park exclusively or make large group bookings. Visit our Kanga Corporate page for more information
Can I eat or drink while in the Park?
No food or drinks (including bottled water) can be taken on to the trampoline park floor.
A water fountain is provided and is available for use throughout the jump session.
Food & drinks are available for purchase in the cafe pre and post jumping sessions.
Drinking alcohol is not permitted before your jump.
Can I Cancel my booking?
Our rights to cancel.
We may cancel a Contract for the Activity at any time with immediate effect by giving you written notice if you breach a Contract or the Activity Rules in any material way.
Group bookings must make full payment within the month of the deposit being made. All funds need to be cleared by the final day of the month, or 7 days prior to the booking taking place, whichever is sooner. The exception will be made when a booking is placed between 23rd – 31st of a month, at which point, payment will need to made by the last day of the following month. If payment is not received, RedKangaroo can cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
Your rights to cancel and applicable refunds.
Before We begin to provide the Activity, you have the following rights to cancel a Booking
(a) You may cancel all bookings for fewer than 10 people by providing us with no less than 24hrs’ after the booking was made. Contact with the booking team or proof of attempted contact will be required to cancel the booking. All bookings made within 24 hours from when the payment is completed are exempt from this as this does not allow for 24 hours cooling off period.
(b) If you have made a mistake during the booking process, then RedKangaroo will, where possible amend the booking. To be applicable this will need to be completed within 24hrs of making the booking.
(c) If you cancel a Booking in line with (a) above and you have made any payment in advance for the Activity that have not been provided to you, we will refund these amounts to you.
(d) if you cancel a Group booking, for more than 10 people, a full refund can be applied if the cancellation is made within 24hrs of making the booking. Group bookings can be made, where applicable, with a 50% holding deposit. If cancellation notice is supplied the 50% is refundable, but after 24hrs, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
(e) if you need to amend a Group booking, you can notify us 7 days prior to the event to notify us of your intention to amend the booking. If we have availability, we will increase bookings size where possible, but we can only reduce numbers to match the held deposit payment.
To cancel a booking, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to email our bookings team us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you use this method We will provide you with written confirmation that we have received your cancellation.
In the event that a refund is due to you under these Terms, we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for the Activity We may refund you in vouchers
Complaints Procedure –
If there is a problem with the activity completed
In the unlikely event that there is any problem with the Activity completed we will use every effort to rectify any problem as soon as reasonably practicable. We would ask you to speak to the General Manager at the time so we can endeavour to rectify the situation.
